So....where can WE get some Migas for breakfast in Ireland? There has to be a Mexican restaurant that serves breakfast!
Migas are crunchy corn tortilla pieces mixed with egg. Fried potatoes add a fancy flair to them! Add a cup of coffee and breakfast is ON!
Some folks claim migas is short for Hormigas aka ants.
They are crunchy snd delicious!
Good enough for US!
The Coronavirus has kept US away ftom restaurants and tortillerias.
Never go fancy.
